This is a big step into the Next Gen of games. What would have been cool is if Sony...instead of trying to do it the hard way...would have made windows vista its operating system. You are right Midnight Club was better than underground. But Need for Speed Most Wanted for the xbox360 was better than Underground and Midnight Club. So if they continue on that path it should be a good game.

Yeah dont' get me wrong. I enjoyed FF XI....I was just let down by the drastic difference from the CG to the gameplay. I just know that Square is known for amazing cg and with the blu ray and hd...i can ony imagine how crazy the cg will be. I mean...dayum...look at the screen shots. No one here knows if its gameplay. When I was watching the coverage on G4 TV...They actually played it at E3 and it looked amazing. But soon we will all be able to play it and see for ourselves. Well, all of us that have xbox 360.

They are always the best at CG video footage in games. When I bought Final Fantasy XI I was so excited when the video was playing in the beginning. It looked simply amazing. Like these screen shots look. I was jumping around like a little kid. Then when the CG ended and the game actually began...I was let down so big. They have a history of the gameplay NEVER looking like their CG animation. I fell for that trick once. Never again. lol....So I can only imagine with blu ray and hd vid...

Good question: I will attempt to answer it as best as I can. First up is Assassin's Creed, which thus far, has only been "confirmed" for PlayStation 3. Then again, it has never been stated by Ubisoft that it is an exclusive and it did appear at Microsoft's X05 event. Conclusion? Expect multiple versions unless Sony signs a last-minute deal with Ubisoft.

Better never wins. It has to be a good balance of quality and price. Thats what 90 plus percent of people go for.
